Revere Premium Magnesium

Clean, Fast & Easy

Revere magnesium photoengraving plates represent the finest grade magnesium available for a faster, cleaner etch. Magnesium is extremely user-friendly due to its light weight and pure composition. This means the job will be done right the first time, with the clear resolution and lasting finish you expect from Revere.

Revere Premium Copper

Harder, Flatter and Precise

Revere offers the high end engraver the premium grade copper necessary for the most sophisticated etching requirements. Revere has set the industry standard in copper engraving technology for nearly two centuries. By cross rolling and thermally flattening copper, Revere is able to achieve the most uniformly stress relieved plate in the industry. For the customer, this translates to a harder, flatter engraving plate, which will stand the test of time. Gauge and finish tolerances are strictly monitored throughout the manufacturing processes in order to provide precision control in production.

Revere Premium Zinc

Smooth & Pure

Revere premium Triplemetal® zinc starts with the highest grade zinc spelter available, which is carefully processed in our facility with precision traces of aluminum and magnesium, to produce a smoother etch. Our unique annealing and thermal flattening process helps shape grain growth to ensure the finished plate maintains a uniform, flat character. The zinc etches "soft," yet is durable enough to stand the test of time. The result is superior zinc etching performance proven effective around the world.
